Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

Since we were traveling with children, I was most worried about the immigration process, but I think I made the right choice! Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a staff member, which allowed me to skip the long lines and quickly clear immigration! Getting around was also easy, which made things easier for parents. It's easy to get tired after a long flight, but being able to head straight to my accommodation was satisfying. I highly recommend this service for any family trip!★

It was amazing and fast. I spent 15 minutes since arriving to collect luggage. While I was using special immigration line I saw a lot of people who were staying in common queue. I totally recommend this service for saving your time.
