I absolutely loved this experience!! We were brought around by Linh and Bong, who made both my mum and me feel completely safe. They are skilled riders and on top of that, they were incredibly friendly, warm and funny. We had the chance to visit many famous spots and try a variety of local foods, which was such a treat. My personal highlight was the Train Street. It was both thrilling and low-key traumatising. (but in the best way possible!) Overall, it was such a fun and memorable experience. I would love to do it again. Till we meet again, ladies!

Fuss-free experience to clear the customs upon arrival! It's definitely money well-spent to avoid the usual queue esp if you are rushing for time or bringing kids/elderly/family.

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

We had a great day with Trung and Kenny eating food and seeing the sights of Hanoi. Very friendly and accomodating, anything you want to try just let them know. Definitely a worthwhile experience when you are in Hanoi!


