I knew the Vietnam immigration lines were always long, so I bought my ticket, and I think I got through in less than 10 minutes. Waiting for check-in at the airport after flying is incredibly tiring. I was so grateful for the quick check-in and the friendly guidance from the initial instructions all the way to the waiting counter.★

They were waiting for me as soon as I got off the plane. I was able to enter the country very quickly. This was very helpful as entering Vietnam can take a very long time depending on the day. I would definitely use their service again if I need to enter the country again. Thank you very much.★

Traveling on 9/15, I bought it only for the entrance. It took about 10 minutes to get through immigration. The other side had a long queue. It's good that I decided to buy it. The departure was short, taking only 10-15 minutes.★

Overall it was an excellent tour. Before the tour start, Ms Hao took the initiative to contact us to enquire about our requirements. On the day of the tour, the guide, Mr Hiu was punctual and meet us at the hotel lobby. He was good in explaining about all the facts of the places we visited. It was such a pleasant surprise that he could communicate with us in Bahasa. The vehicle that we used was clean and comfortable. The local lunch that was provided was good and delicious. Highly recommended tour for people that required their on timing.★

Before booking this tour, we did the calculation that if we go to SAPA by ourselves, it would cost us even more provided the hotel, transportation, meals and guide included in the itinerary. To be honest since it was a group tour so we were expecting basic hotel but to our surprise the hotel was deluxe one with spacious rooms and service. The meals included in the itinerary were also at famous restaurants and quality has been taken care of. Overall we think its the best decision to book this tour for SAPA fansipan cable car 👌👌👌
