It was a comfortable bus, slept all the way to Sapa. There were 2 stops along the way for toilet break but we slept through it. They allowed us to sleep all the way to 6am before waking us up so that’s great.★

If you want to take the bus to Hanoi, don't go to the bus garage below, and there is a sapa express sign in the alley across from the bus garage above. If you go there, there is an office on the left, so if you go there, you will be kindly guided. The height is a little over 180 cm, but there was no inconvenience in the size of the seat, and I arrived in Hanoi well without delay.★
