Very well organized. Excellent Bus, efficient program, good value for money. Tour guide Toan and driver Nam made the tour a smooth experience.
Nice little cruise boat and for what we paid for the tour we were surprised how much food we got.

It took about 3 hrs each way from Hanoi to Halong Bay. The bus limo driver drove us safely and our guide communicated well. Itinerary was followed. Towards the end of the bus ride, guide told us we had a balance for the “ticket to get in the bay”. I attempted to contact the tour operator but no reply. I was able to get support from *** team who helped to. verify the issue that we were double charged because there was no balance. Money was returned to us though was stressful. ★

The tour guide was excellent—handsome, funny, humorous, thoughtful, and energetic. The boat trip was also excellent, and the top-floor photos were stunning. The itinerary was well-planned, and the buffet included seafood (oysters, shrimp, clams, etc.), fruit, and more. Victor was also very helpful in pre-communication. Highly recommended.
