A truly wonderful experience, perfectly organized from start to finish. Even the transport from Hanoi to Halong Bay was in a luxurious and incredibly comfortable bus, setting a pleasant tone for the trip. Our tour guide spoke excellent English and led us through the days with great knowledge and charm. The ship itself was clean, superbly equipped, and left nothing to be desired. The cabins were lovely, the beds wonderfully comfortable, and all necessary toiletries were provided. The days were brilliantly planned; there was never a dull moment, yet still plenty of time to relax. The food was very good, especially the evening dinner, which was a highlight. We personally would have liked a few more Vietnamese specialties, but this in no way detracted from the overall impression. The crew was extremely attentive, courteous, and always friendly. Two wonderful days to unwind and relax – highly recommended!

I liked everything, the tour was very interesting, the buffet was good, there was plenty to choose from, the nature was super, the only inconvenience was the huge number of tourists.

It was a wonderfully organized and well-thought-out cruise. The food was top-notch, and the yacht itself was clean, new, and stylish. There weren't many guests, so there was plenty of space for everyone everywhere. It felt exclusive, not crowded, especially considering it was a weekend. The program and host were also very impressive. Many thanks to the organizers and everyone involved. The only downside was that they didn't provide water, only during lunch, but in 40-degree heat, we were constantly thirsty, so we spent a lot of money on drinks. At least bottles of water or a cooler are essential for a cruise in the heat.

There are many cruise ships in Ha Long Bay; during the trip, I saw dozens of them, of all sizes. The Dolphin was definitely among them, a top-tier vessel. It was large and stable, the interior was clean, and the meals (lunch and afternoon tea) were delicious and plentiful. There was also a swimming pool and stage performances on the top deck. After lunch, disembarking to visit the Amazing Cave was a perfect opportunity. Other optional activities were optional and explained in advance by the agent and guide; there was no forced spending. The agent I chose this time had a staff member (a local Vietnamese man named Phuc Anh) who added me on WeChat beforehand to enter my information, making boarding easy on the day of the trip. When I inquired about anything outside of the Dolphin booking, the agent responded promptly and patiently. Five stars!
