It is best to look at the name and license plate of the car and cruise ship in advance, otherwise it may not be found during the trip to affect the itinerary; 2. The bus is picked up by time. I have set a five-star cruise package. The 20-seat bus is selected. The location is very comfortable. The time is about 8 o'clock in the morning. It is a better time. It is only late at night. 8:30 in the evening; 3. The five-star cruise ship feels very good. Whether it is space service or meals, the price difference is not big. It is recommended to choose a more expensive one. After all, it takes more than 2 hours to take a car unilaterally, and 1 hour by boat still affects the experience. 4. We had an incredible experience in Halong Bay! We navigated through pristine waters, verdant landscapes, and meandered through secluded passageways enveloped by distinctive rock formations. Our journey led us to Hang Sung Sot Cave, also known as the Surprising Cave, renowned as the most iconic cave in Ha Long Bay. Its breathtaking beauty, adorned with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites, has earned it the nickname "opera house". We concluded our day at the beach, basking in the warm waters and soaking in the stunning scenery.★

Excellent cruise with Halong Catamaran. We really enjoyed ourselves and the cruise provider is excellent. The cruise guide Victor was super helpful and took some very nice shots of the boat ride to the caves and our family playing on the slides into the sea. Overall an excellent experience. To make it a little more premium, the transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay could be a little more premium instead of a regular big coach with many different types of passengers.★

The local tour guide team is also very professional. I gathered at the opera house. When I got off the taxi, someone came to pick it up and leave on time. The tour guide's little brother Long was warm and friendly, the service was thoughtful, the introduction was meticulous, and the whole trip was very smooth. I am a girl who travels in simple English and participates in accessibility throughout the whole process. There is no need to worry about safety issues, as long as you follow the tour guide and don't run blindly. The buffet on the boat tastes good, the seafood is fresh, you can eat well, the drinks need to be paid separately, you can't bring bottled water before boarding, only half a cup of black tea is provided on the boat in the afternoon, and those who are used to drinking more water have to bring their own water cup. Otherwise, you have to buy the water on the boat, which is not expensive. The only thing to remind is that the afternoon tea on the boat is not enough, you have to queue up to get it, otherwise you will only have biscuits when you go late. Overall it is great and highly recommended. The scenery is also beautiful and worth a visit.
