Due to the itinerary being delayed for one day, the date was changed. The service staff made careful arrangements and confirmed before arriving at the hotel. They also confirmed when getting on and off the bus. It was really considerate. The seats were new, with massage function, mobile phone charging function, and a bottle of mineral water. The rest stop on the way was about 15 minutes. The overall service was really amazing... 100 points

🚐✨ On the way from Hanoi to Halong Bay, I thought the three-hour ride would be tiring, but it turned out to be anything but! This time, we booked a shared, luxurious 12-seater minibus, which was incredibly comfortable~ The interior was clean and spacious, with reclining seats, USB charging ports, and bottles of mineral water. The driver drove steadily and safely throughout the journey, even stopping for restroom breaks and some small purchases. It was quieter and more relaxing than I expected; the entire trip felt like a vacation. 😌 Best of all, we were dropped off directly at the Halong Bay pier, eliminating the need for transfers or luggage. For this price, this quality is a steal! 👏

The bus is great and the staff are responsible and conscientious. I really recommend taking the bus to and from Halong Bay and Hanoi. There will be a rest stop in the middle where you can go to the toilet, buy some food and drinks, and of course, there are souvenirs for sale. There is no forced sales.
