Like other Have Fun passes, this is a good way to save money if you choose your seats wisely. However, the price is a bit steep. There are literally five seats available out of the available ones.★

I bought this package because it’s the best value for money. They provide detailed instructions in the confirmation email. When arriving at the station, go to the Keisei train machines to scan QR code and receive both Keisei Skyliner tickets. Then when arriving at Ueno station, scan QR code at the ticket machine to get the Tokyo Subway ticket. So easy! But some underground walking between stations required. Some stations may not have escalators or elevators. Overall a smooth process. Signboards are clearly marked in English at the stations. Tip: Bring a card holder along to keep the tickets safe. The Metro ticket needs to be inserted at the gate each use.★

It's great value and convenient for passengers who only want to ride the Seagull Line, but there's usually only one gate that accepts QR codes.
