The itinerary was exactly as described, except that not all the group members were Chinese; in fact, the majority were international. Our tour guide, Erina, was Chinese and bilingual in English and Chinese. She explained things clearly and was knowledgeable about the attractions and road conditions. She anticipated traffic on the return trip, so she strictly adhered to the itinerary, otherwise we'd be arriving back in Tokyo too late. We didn't have to worry about running out of time, as there wasn't much to see, and we were just checking in. Summer weather is unpredictable, so the chance to see the summit is rare. What was especially nice was that there was no forced purchases or shop visits, and the food, drinks, and accessories at the scenic area were entirely up to you.

I was really looking to see Mount Fuji in Japan, and I chose this tour because it seemed convenient and short. It was great to be able to see various aspects of Mount Fuji while moving between key spots. While the peak of Mount Fuji can be difficult to see when there are heavy clouds, if you're lucky, you can capture some great photos at the right time. Our tour guide, Kang Gil-man, was helpful, and his detailed and friendly explanations made our trip even more enriching. Kang Gil-man also provided excellent photo spots, meeting points, and itinerary information, so we weren't confused. If I have another chance, I'd love to see Mount Fuji in a different season with Kang Gil-man again. 😊 Thank you for the wonderful memories.

The itinerary was incredibly tight. We departed Shinjuku Station at 8:00 AM sharp and returned from Gotemba Premium Outlets at 4:00 PM. That's a total of 8 hours. Traffic jams, late guests, and lunchtime left us only 60 minutes to explore the outlet mall. The itinerary states that the visit is to the Blue Train platform from April to November, but we actually visited the 5th Station. Is that the wrong time? Also, the itinerary lists two attractions separately: Attraction: 2 hours at the outlet mall (note: choose either the outlet mall or the hot springs); Attraction: 2 hours at the hot springs (note: choose either the outlet mall or the hot springs). It's easy to mistakenly think that the two options are 2 hours each, and that choosing between them simply means choosing the order of which destination to visit first. Since it's only one destination, it would be better to list it as one attraction: Attraction: Gotemba Premium Outlets/Konohana-no-Yu (choose one), 2 hours A single slash would make it clearer, so why list the two attractions separately, causing confusion? Our tour guide, Anna, was very good. She explained in both Chinese and English, and her Cantonese was quite good. She helped us understand some Japanese culture. She was also very enthusiastic and answered all our questions about Japan.

It was excellent for travelling and the trip manager/driver were diligent with ensuring attendees arrive and depart from collection points, educated on the background behind the itinerary and ensure that everyone has a successful outing.


