Sharif did an amazing job as a tour guide! Not only did he make sure to give us all the important details of the places we were visiting, he also took plenty of opportunities to take photos of us with our phones so we could have pictures in front of the historical sites. It made a huge difference in the trip. His knowledge of the sites was amazing and he even helped me to get baptized in the Jordan River, which was one of my main hopes for the trip. Highly recommend!★

Max did great as a guide and our driver was safe/professional. The guide, Max was sensitive to my wife's disabilities. Max was multilingual too, knowing both Spanish and Russian, as do I. This was helpful, as I didn't need to translate to Spanish for my wife. He could speak directly with her. The tour was great also because I preferred to relax and let someone else drive for a day. We felt safe and cared for as well, given the current conflict situation. The tour was timely, fun, and educational. It was a pleasure to experience what Israel's northern Galilee region had to offer. We came to Israel to volunteer, as well as for sightseeing. We came to stand with Israel in this difficult time, and felt safe and fulfilled in doing so.★

Shachar with Hands On Israel took us for 1 full day from Tel Aviv down South to bear witness to all that happened and pay respect and honor all those killed and kidnapped on/since October 7th. With deep thoughtfulness, knowledge, and personal connection, Shachar took us through the areas of Zikim, S’derot, and Re’im. We heard personal stories and learned important details about the day of October 7th and after. Shachar helped make a sad, emotional day very meaningful and special as he took us through the areas of the kibbutzim that were attacked and walked with us through the Nova Festival site. Thanks to Shachar and Hands On Israel, even though it was a day filled with tears and heavy emotions, it was also filled with so much support and love.★

Day #2 of my trip with Eli.
Eli made everything very convenient. He contacted me a few days before my tours to confirm when we would meet and where. It was bit of a trek going from Tel Aviv up north to Nazareth and Galilee, but it was so worth it. Eli was great in tailoring the tour to fit my interests. He was so knowledgeable and personable. He made time for us to get lunch and made sure I drank enough water because it was SO HOT today. I was visiting these sites from more of a religious and spiritual standpoint. I am definitely coming back to Israel for a third time because there's still more to see! =)
