A very good show; we had a great time. The description says the staff speaks English, which is false. So ordering extras and drinks was difficult. Be aware that some seats are behind a pillar.

Unexpected. Very tasty dishes. Served in sets (7/8 courses) with breaks for watching the show. Highly recommended.
Reviews: Yu Garden New Chinese Tea Experience (Stunning Terrace Views of Yu Garden + Immersive Tea Ceremony + Variety of Tea Snacks + Premium Tea Selection)

Cool experience! I bought the voucher and made my reservation for the next day over the chat. There was a bit of confusion over what I had booked when I got there, but they sorted it out. The woman who did the tea ceremony was very knowledgeable and explained so much about the Chinese attitude to tea and the traditional practices around tasting it and how many times you can brew it. Overall a good tasting experience, just be prepared for a hard sales push after. I had planned to buy some teas but I was not prepared for the price point. It may be because of the tourist area, but these are way more expensive than even the priciest tea sellers I've bought from back home. I didn't know enough to be sure if I was being price gouged, so I only bought the smallest amount. Just be forewarned and enjoy the ceremony!

I went with my boyfriend. We really enjoyed both the food and the performances. I highly recommend it. It may seem like the portions are small and there's not much food, but we actually ended up running out and couldn't finish it all. The staff speaks English and is very polite and kind. If we didn't understand anything, they were helpful. Overall, I definitely recommend it.
