The overall itinerary was somewhat rushed due to Japanese driver service time regulations. The Takayama leg of the trip was particularly tight, mainly because completing a meal and a full visit to the Takayama Jinya (traditional Japanese houses) within two hours was quite strenuous. Two hours was more than enough for the Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri village. The tour guide was very professional and nice, and his explanations were quite interesting. The group members came from all over the world, with mainland Chinese tourists making up about 10%, making it a very international team.★

I've been to Japan countless times and taken many day tours, but this is my first time writing a review. First of all, the itinerary was excellent, but most importantly, our tour guide, Ms. Zuo Sha, was simply amazing. She promptly adjusted the itinerary, communicated effectively, and arranged the trip reasonably. She was warm and generous, possessing an encyclopedic knowledge of the routes and attractions. She helped everyone with planning for sightseeing, shopping, dining, taking photos… she arranged everything perfectly. Afterwards, she even kindly took me to the bus station to inquire about buying tickets to other cities. So thoughtful!
