1. The tour guide and driver provided attentive and considerate service; they promptly adjusted the itinerary when there was congestion at attractions; I was very satisfied with the service. 2. The itinerary covered the main attractions in several locations, with no shopping stops throughout, which was very satisfactory. 3. There are areas for improvement in the itinerary design: the last attraction was in Hangzhou, but we had to take a 3-hour bus ride back to Shanghai to disband the tour; Lingyin Temple was too crowded during the Spring Festival, and traffic control measures were in place; a boat tour should have been included on West Lake; and it would have been much better if the ancient town had been Wuzhen. 4. The gift was adjusted after payment, which was not ideal.

We booked four garden-view rooms, but they were all located in the annex. The generator was running 24/7, and there were intermittent power outages. One room didn't have a toilet seat, and when we contacted the front desk, they said they hadn't bought one yet. Only after strongly protesting and demanding a room change did they finally install one, robbing Peter to pay Paul. Fortunately, the waves and the beach made up for all the shortcomings, and the whole trip was enjoyable. However, I still think the ocean-view rooms are better; the view is much better.
