The transfer worked perfectly. The bus arrived at the bus stop on time, within the specified timeframe. The Blue Lagoon is admittedly a bit pricey, but if you're already in Iceland, it's definitely worth a visit. The blue water combined with the volcanic landscape is a truly beautiful sight. However, you should be aware that it's a tourist spot and therefore very crowded. If you're really looking to relax, there are smaller, more tranquil lagoons/thermal baths.★

My flight was supposed to arrive well before its scheduled time, but there was a significant delay, and by the time we landed, it was already 30 minutes before the bus departure time. I had to wait a considerable amount of time to retrieve my luggage, and during that time, I contacted the agency via chat. The agent contacted the bus company, and as a result, I arrived at the bus stop a few minutes late but was able to board the bus safely. Having such a support system in place is reassuring when going to a new or unfamiliar place. Thank you!★
