Great snorkeling spot, but very crowded around 1 p.m. We thought we'd have a snorkeling guide, but there are only two designated beaches, and only one is supervised. We rented a GoPro, but the battery was dead. By the time we got back to the shop, it was closed and wouldn't reopen until 4 p.m., and the shop across the street didn't have any batteries. A real rip-off, very expensive for what it is. At 3 p.m., no shops were open to eat, so bring your own snacks.★

Since we only had a short stay, we decided to take a quick afternoon tour. The boat ride to the island was very rocky due to the rain and rough weather. I got seasick and couldn't move, so I recommend taking motion sickness medicine if you are prone to seasickness. I was impressed to see sea turtles swimming gracefully nearby.Trip.com picks
