Now I know how olive trees are coated and maintained and then the olives are harvested in the late autumn until January. They are pressed immediately and the oil is filled in bottles. The co-operator of the mill that made the leadership feels that she is with heart and soul in the work and that understands her also with infectious enthusiasm. Highlight: Diverse lunch with various olive preparations, cheeses, fruits, breads, etc. delicious!
