The day after placing the order, a dedicated person contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm. They responded incredibly quickly and regularly reminded me, which greatly reduced my worries. The flexibility of the itinerary was a huge plus. For example, I had originally booked a flight from Ninh Binh to Noi Bai Airport, but my flight was canceled the day before. I immediately contacted them to see if the departure time and drop-off point could be adjusted. They still picked me up at the original departure time and allowed me to drop off in Hanoi. Importantly, when I asked if they could take me to my hotel in Hanoi, they arranged another car to take me there. Overall, except for a slight anxiety about which car to get on during the transfer because the drivers didn't speak much English, everything was very comfortable. I'm especially grateful to the person who contacted me. I highly recommend this company if you want to experience a luxury bus tour!★

1st time of sleeping bus.🤣 It has so wide area from me 157cm. The chair can move/thrill for relaxation. I fall asleep entire the trip. The bus stop 3 points for getting the rest and toilet. It has minibus for getting you at the hotel in Sapa. If you book at the 22.00 in Sapa, you will reach the Hanoi around 5.00 AM. which is no people, no sitting chair. Please beware the time of your booking★

This was a very unusual and novel sleeper bus trip. HK bus service was excellent; they picked us up from the hotel, and getting our tickets and boarding the bus at the bus station was also very smooth. I slept through the night and traveled from Sapa to Hanoi. Thank you, HK!★

I used this service from Hanoi Airport to Sapa. The staff contacted me in advance via WhatsApp with detailed information, which made the boarding process smooth. The bus had Wi-Fi and charging ports, and I could lie down in a private compartment with a curtain, making the 5.5-hour journey comfortable. From the bus station to the hotel, I transferred to a van that dropped me off just before my hotel. I also used this service for my return trip from Sapa to Hanoi.★

An experience that lived up to my expectations. The booking was perfect, and instead of the meeting point, a company employee came to get me and escorted me to the bus. The bus was clean and air-conditioned, and the reclining seat was comfortable and had a massage function! A bottle of water and phone charging outlets were available. I slept for three-quarters of the journey, even though there were two scheduled stops, which I didn't use. The very winding road leading to Sapa woke me up. Upon arrival, a free shuttle from the Hong Kong company offered to take me to my hotel, while the bus was being cleaned for the return trip right before our eyes. In short, a reliable and organized company with quality buses. I encourage you to try them without hesitation.★
