Reviews: Geneva: 50-Minute Lake Geneva Cruise
Guest User2026-09-29
A non guided boat trip made for a relaxing and peaceful experience. Easy to locate, a choice of seats, inside, outside, in the sun or in the shade. 50 minutes was the perfect amount of time to experience the lake. Look out for Mont Blanc and some wonderful architecture on the way

Reviews: Swiss Travel Pass
Guest User2026-09-12
Booking the Swiss Travel Pass on Ctrip was very convenient and even offered discounts. After booking, I printed out the QR code and carried it with me, and also downloaded a backup app on my phone. This made it very easy to have the ticket inspector scan the QR code when I encountered a ticket check. The pass was a bit pricey when I bought it, but the benefits were incredible. It allows unlimited travel on trains, buses, subways, boats, and cable cars (some offer discounts), and free admission to museums, making my trip to Switzerland incredibly convenient. I encountered ticket checks on trains, buses, and boats, so don't take chances; always buy a ticket.

Great guide! Plenty of time to do everything. Spectacular scenery. Take your time at high altitude. You may feel strange if you live near sea level. Take sugary snacks. It helps!! We did feel the hour-long wait on the glass “step into the void” was too long for the few seconds we would have to take pictures. It was plenty scenic enough already!! We also enjoyed the train ride to the ice cave. Sad that climate change is shrinking the glaciers SO fast.

Excellent! Our guide Chris was from Chamonix and he was very much knowledgeable of its history. Our guide was excellent as he made us feel comfortable and like we knew him forever! Definitely would recommend this tour!

Reviews: Swiss Half Fare Card [valid for 1 month/issued immediately/buy Swiss 90 City Fire Museum tickets at half price]
Guest User2026-10-14
For travelers planning a self-driving tour, we highly recommend combining this with a half-price pass for exploring Switzerland. Many Swiss attractions are located in the mountains or by lakes, and driving short distances to cable car stations, high-speed rail stations, train stations, or ports is convenient. Using a self-driving vehicle saves time, allows you to take the half-price pass on key sightseeing routes (trains, cable cars, boats, etc.), reduces driving fatigue, lowers your budget, and provides a more immersive experience of Switzerland's beauty.
