I lost my ID card when I got off the plane. The local hotel and tour guide were very enthusiastic to help me contact Sanya and Beijing airports. Although I solved the problem myself in the end, I thank the Trip.com team for the enthusiasm and thanks to the local hotel for making an exception for me to stay first. Although the hotel is not a super star by the sea, the environment and service are absolutely great, and it is very enjoyable to swim in the pool every day.
