I had a fantastic day with my guide, Dhanu. He accommodated all my requests and it was no problem to skip a few stops. He showed me temples, we sampled local fruit by the roadside, climbed the Ambuluwawa Tower together, and he arranged for me to feed and bathe elephants. I was alone and felt safe at all times. Dhanu also took pictures for me at all times, so I have plenty of photos and videos to take home. I had a great time – highly recommended!

It was a fantastic experience to visit the family's home, see how they live, and learn the batik technique. It's much more complex than we previously imagined, and we had a truly wonderful time there. They are very warm and friendly people, they explain everything perfectly, and they speak excellent English. We can recommend it to everyone and would book it again anytime.
