If you want to live a beautiful experience in the sea while preserving these beautiful creatures, do not hesitate! We have seen 3 cachalottes and a fifteenth of Dauphin. Thanks to Ruben, the captain, and Florin for all the explanations (and in French) ! They are passionate.

Ricardo picked us up right on time (in fact he was early) at our accommodation for an absolutely amazing day touring the West side of Madeira. First off, I had messaged his brother, Diogo, asking about a tour. His responses were prompt, professional and friendly. I was hooked! Diogo was not available when we were visiting but his brother, Ricardo was. From booking to when he dropped us off I have only good things to say! Our day was so full! We did so much, but we never felt rushed. We went to the fishing village, the glass skywalk, the natural pools, waterfalls and so much more! Wow! I feel so fortunate to have stumbled across this company on Facebook! We felt like an old friend was touring us around the island. It was very special and we are very thankful! We did rent a car here but there is no way we could have done a day like this on our own. When visiting Madeira, I highly recommend a tour with Madeira tours by Diogo, it is an experience you don’t want to miss!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable day, Ricardo!

Great day out walking the Rabacal Levada hike. The walk was stunning - amazing scenery and so interesting to follow the levadas and walk through the tunnel at the end. While the walk was busy, it did not detract from the day in any way. It was an easy 12km walk - a few steep ups and downs but well worth it! The bus trip to and from the hike made the day very easy and provided bonus stunning views of the island. Highly recommended.

Excellent bike tour - our guide Rosie was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The bikes were excellent quality. Stopped for a scrumptious breakfast at the most picturesque hotel. You MUST try their homemade lemon curd and orange cake which was all included in the tour. Would highly recommend.


