This tour is the best I have during my cruise ship trip. The mini van is clean and comfortable. The owner Richard picked up us at the cruise ship port on time. He is very nice, honor and knowledgeable person. He give us many information about the island during the tour. The Fanal Forest and the view points he brought us to are very beautiful. He also brought us to a local shop to have a ice cream. I highly recommend this tour.

We booked a full day West Side Tour with Diogo for 3 couples visiting the island. We liaised prior to the day and modified the tour slightly which better met our requirements. Whilst driving between the various stops Diogo gave us details of the island, as this is his home he is extremely knowledgeable. Any tour is enhanced by the guide & Diogo is excellent. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I can absolutely recommend this excursion. The guides were fantastic and explained everything perfectly. I felt very comfortable on board. A safe distance from the animals was also maintained. Unfortunately, the time went by far too quickly.

Stuff make a presentation about dolphins life. it was interesting. We know a lot of new things about dolphin life. Stuff was very helpful and nice. We saw a lot of dolphins. And was memorable swimming in open water.

We were a group of six and were warmly welcomed by Tour Guide Monica on the first day of our stay in Madeira! Monica was an excellent guide, shared superb local knowledge, made sure we were all comfortable and, with it being our first trip to Madeira- we felt very safe in her car, an excellent driver! The three wine producers were so different and showed the many aspects that go into wine production on the island, from the old, modern to the new wine growers, we were served up a treat of tastes, flavours and sights. Many thanks to Monica for making it such a pleasurable experience.

Excellent bike tour - our guide Rosie was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The bikes were excellent quality. Stopped for a scrumptious breakfast at the most picturesque hotel. You MUST try their homemade lemon curd and orange cake which was all included in the tour. Would highly recommend.


