An excellent place to visit, but be prepared to walk and climb stairs. The food there isn't very good, so it's advisable to bring your own. The transportation is excellent. I don't recommend the guide, Edie. He constantly threatens to leave people behind, is rude, and treats everyone badly as if he were doing the tour because he wanted to and not because they were paying for a service. He's a terrible guide. In contrast, Thomas is always attentive and provides the necessary information. The tours are moderately long. Bring water, a hat, sneakers, and a long-sleeved shirt. When they picked us up at the airport, we had to call them since they didn't contact us. They dropped us off without any problems on the return trip.

Very quick transfer but the driver was a bit reckless with certain maneuvers, constantly trying to overtake on curves, and the driver was speeding.

It works well in Guatemala. I used it on 2025 Nov-Dec, and the signal and network speed were both good when I was in the Guatemala airport, Guatemala city, Xela, and even some mountain areas. I plan to buy it again when I move to other central American countries.

We really enjoyed our time at Yaxha. The guide was funny and informative and spoke great English and Spanish. We were in a mixed group, so he gave all the information twice. The group was rather large, about 25 people. The pickup was timely and convenient. The bus was comfortable. We stopped along the way for a quick snack grab when we picked up the guide. We had time to climb several of the structures, which was terrific. I don't know where the photo from the reservation page was taken as we were all standing on a smallish platform at sunset, with no seating as portrayed. We walked back to the bus at dusk. Recommend you bring a small flashlight or make sure your phone is charged because there were no lights in the toilet after arriving back at the bus. We would recommend this trip to a friend!


