Simone, a local, was knowledgable, charming and funny too. I very much enjoyed her tour. So much that I went back and retraced the steps we took early the next morning on my own to experience the places with less people around so I could get better photos (Florence is very crowded these days). I highly recommend as a way to get oriented to Florence before taking a deeper dive. ★

The tour guide, she is older and very knowledgeable about the history of the painting and sculptures. She informed us that there are so many, but she will concentrate on the most important pieces. She did an excellent job. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the country.
