What a treat to create my own perfume! Enjoyed the experience, as much talking to other participants as making the perfume. There were a lot of participants in a small place, so there was a bit of waiting around, but it was a good experience and certainly a unique souvenir of my stay in Florence.

I would suggest that they make a distinct place to hang aprons already used. Some people's hygiene was not good considering its food preparation but that was not the fault of the chef as we were told to Wash hands regularly
