Malamala you never fail to disappoint. I tried writing on the full review page but I am blocked. We attended our Goddaughters wedding there recently. Wow wow wow!! The wedding of the century. As usual the staff were amazing. The lovely Amelia was there to greet me. I adore her. The staff were engaging, attentive, happy, polite and warm. Everything we could ever hope for. This wedding was special and we had a glorious 6 days of celebrations topped off by the private wedding. Having the island to ourselves was magnificent. The food was delicious as usual. The drinks flowed. The dancing, singing love and joy filled the air. The staff make all the difference. As an ex long haul flight attendant I pay attention to detail with customer service. And the staff at Malamala go above and beyond. This was not a half day cruise. It was a private wedding (half day cruises are perfect too-plenty of time for couples with young children). The boat was privately chartered as well. What a WONDERFUL day and night! Amelia I love you. I love all the staff but especially you and my boys from Naitasiri who did a swim chase after me as the boat pulled away! 😂😂😂😂. People loved it. Never mind we are from the same province. 😂😂😂. This was so funny the whole boatload were laughing so much 😂😂😂. All of us a on a wedding high. We want to repeat it all. I don’t think there will ever be another wedding like this anywhere it was so spectacular. Well done everyone. Thankyou for making our goddaughters wedding so so beautiful!! I’ll be back. Stunning scenery and countryside, the tour guide, her family and friend were very kind and knowledgeable. The experience fully immersed me in the authenticity of Fijian life and culture and was very memorable. The meal I was kindly given was delicious and I hope the restaurant that is currently being built is a roaring success! Just one or two improvements to be made on the path to the waterfall and reliable transportation otherwise the afternoon was perfect and wish everyone good fortune going forward! I’m looking forward to trying the restaurant :)

I used one day eSIM when I had a 16 hour layover in Nadi. The installation was easy but there was no signal at the beginning. The connection through vodaphone was ok after I restarted my phone.

I loved the tour! We went to see the Hindu temple, and although we didn’t go inside it was still amazing seeing their cultural clothing and the music the men played walking by. We then went to the farmers market where I got some delicious fruit and drank coconut water straight from the coconut. We then went to the garden of the sleeping giant, where I saw beautiful plants and flowers. We then went to the mud pool and thermal spa, which was such a great experience! The tour guide was very nice and friendly. He was a bit late because the 2 other people didn’t show up, but he then went to pick them up and when they forgot to go to the ATM he took them to the airport ATM. I liked that he went out of his way to help them out. Thank you, Valentine Tours!

Our tour guide Anand explained to us about Fiji culture including education system and economy, we were the only people on the tour and he let us explore the places on our pace. Pottery village was a wonderful experience. Kava ceremony and dance. We even got to dance with them! Fascinating way to make a pottery. Walk in the sand dune was peaceful.
