Had an amazing time with Danny and Amauri on the hike. Beautiful views and great adventures. I would not consider this a strenuous excursion. My 55 year old mother who never hikes was able to participate in every part of the trip without any significant difficulty.★

For this price you can’t beat the adventure. Tour guide is highly recommended!
They will get you there and help you over big rocks. Must do the natural rock slide, it’s awesome!
Ensure you have appropriate hiking gear! Such as shoes and comfy swimming clothes.
I bought water shoes from Walmart for $10 and they worked just fine!
I wouldn’t say you have to be in good shape but it is uphill and downhill, and a lot of climbing through rocks and roots.★

We had such a wonderful time! Our guides Bradley and Paola were very fun and knowledgeable. The hike was pretty moderate and only got a little tedious once you got to the water activities. Would highly recommend this hike!
