Wonderful place, well organized. The queue at the ticket counter could be improved (despite online purchases) and the signage for the various cable cars could be improved...but nothing major.

We really liked our guide Gabriel de Leon Franca. Unfortunately, we had some setbacks at the beginning of the trip and when leaving Tillis because other participants didn't keep to the schedule, and I think anyone who agrees to a trip with more people needs to be more responsible or they won't go! Otherwise, it was worthwhile, but I would have liked to have spent more time in Lucerne. We only stayed for 2.5 hours due to the lateness of those other participants, which meant we had to rush around the city, which is still quite large. We brought warm clothes and a backpack with sandwiches and snacks because there really isn't much time for food stops and queues – just a tip. We bought the extra access for the Iceflyer – was it worth it? Yes, but I thought it was expensive for the time it takes to do the tour.

Very easy to use. Save the QR code (both 50% off tickets and half fare card) for staff checking when you take train. I also enjoyed 50% off when I bought top of Europe ticket.

Amazing tour! Our guide Raymond led us on an excellent adventure with some of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen! Everywhere you turned it was a postcard view, picture perfect and unforgettable! Mt. Titlis and the acble car up to the peak was just stunning. I absolutely reccomend going on the Skyflyer chair lift, the most beautiful sights were seen from there. Raymond took care of us at every part of the journey, taking fantastic pictures and telling us small facts and history about the places. Only thing I'd reccomend is probably don't go on a Sunday as many shops in Lucerne were closed (just the tourist shops and watch shops open). 100/100 would reccomend.


