On the Nile River cruise, Chef Rajab provided absolutely wonderful and delicious meals. The food was fantastic, and there were no problems with it. In Luxor, Jazzley and Ahmed went above and beyond to make our tour even better.★

During this 3-night, 4-day Aswan-Luxor Nile River Cruise Tour, whenever an unexpected issue arose, the representative responded in real-time and resolved the problems quickly. Even small issues can lead to significant stress while traveling, but thanks to their prompt and responsible response, I felt incredibly reassured. After the issues were resolved, they even went so far as to carefully check on my condition and mood—not just the trip itself—to ensure my schedule wasn't disrupted! Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip with peace of mind. Thank you! The tour itself was also worry-free, as professional guides and drivers accompanied us. Thanks to them, I was able to see and enjoy all the famous historical sites, from Abu Simbel to the Temple of Kom Ombo! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering a similar trip.★

It turns out the 2-day tour was split into two separate tours for individual travelers, so the guides were different for each day. It seems the hotel was booked through Ctrip? So the guide for the first day was completely unaware of this? The guide got off the bus and left before we even arrived at the hotel, which was quite confusing. The hotel was indeed terrible, but since it was included in the 2-day tour, it's understandable. I'd suggest choosing a one-day tour to combine the tour and then booking your own hotel. Zhouzhuang is beautiful, and the guide's explanations were good. Overall, everything was fine except for the hotel. On the first day, the guide arranged for us to have lunch at a canteen at a shopping stop? The meal was awful.★
