I was extremely satisfied with driver Xiao Cui on this trip to Dujiangyan! He was warm, honest, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. His driving skills were smooth and safe, and the car was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable ride. He was very familiar with the roads in and around Dujiangyan, and his itinerary was well-planned, avoiding detours and wasting time, making the entire trip worry-free and reassuring. Along the way, he patiently introduced local attractions and offered practical travel tips, answering all my questions—he was very reliable. He proactively helped with my luggage, and his attitude was gentle and polite. Overall, his service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Dujiangyan. Choosing driver Xiao Cui will definitely give you peace of mind, comfort, and confidence. I will definitely choose him again next time! If I could rate him, I would give him 100 points. The service was warm and attentive throughout, with a patient and friendly attitude, timely reminders of important information, and consideration for everyone's pace. Under the guide's guidance, we not only admired the magnificent water conservancy projects but also learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. Panda Valley and Dujiangyan are two treasure troves where you can escape the crowds and enjoy the natural environment. Panda Valley offers close encounters with pandas and boasts a beautiful and refreshing natural setting; Dujiangyan is magnificent and spectacular, with a rich variety of delicious food in its ancient town. The entire trip was very comfortable. Our driver, Jiang Wensong, was friendly, enthusiastic, and patient, driving smoothly and safely. He recommended delicious restaurants and a time-saving and energy-efficient route. The guide in Dujiangyan provided humorous and engaging explanations that also helped us understand the water conservancy project.

The guide system was particularly effective; we had a dedicated English-speaking guide whose passion and deep knowledge brought the history of the region to life. She didn't just show us ancient sites - she connected the ingenious principles of the 2,000-year-old irrigation system directly to its vital role in Sichuan today, which was fascinating. A crucial piece of advice: ensure you have WeChat installed. Our guide used a chat to align the hotel pickup and share route details. An absolutely first-class, educational, and enjoyable day.

It was a unique experience! The guide tour was very nice and had patience with me because I do not speak Chinese. He provided me good info (meeting points, times, etc) The pandas were very active in the morning, the opera was really cool, and the blue lights in the afternoon were beautiful! I was incredibly lucky to join a small group tour led by guide Xiao Wu. The pace was relaxed yet covered all the important points, making sightseeing very efficient. If we were traveling independently, we definitely wouldn't know where to begin, but with Xiao Wu, we could see everything we wanted to see in the most relaxed way! We were having fun the whole time, with no spending requirements. Xiao Wu was also very patient, waiting for us, and his commentary was excellent throughout. At the panda base, he knew the whereabouts and stories of each panda like the back of his hand, and honestly told us how long the wait would be to see the flowers, allowing us to choose what we wanted to see. The explanation of Dujiangyan was even more captivating. Guide Xiao Wu was very familiar with Dujiangyan and provided us with an engaging explanation, giving us a deeper understanding of how magnificent this engineering feat is. This travel experience was truly excellent, and I will definitely travel with Xiao Wu again if I want to travel in the future!

Fantastic day out with our guide Andres. Arrived right on time. Very safe driver too. Very knowledable about the sights, giving great detail. We did not feel rushed and was flexible with time at the different sites. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.


