We're from Russia and don't speak English very well, but that didn't stop us, even though the organizers listed English as the language. We discussed everything in advance in the Trip chat, and then contacted them via WAP. We were picked up from the hotel on time—there were five other people with us. They got us there quickly, gave us a briefing, and drove us to the starting point. The team worked so well together—they did a fantastic job. It was a wonderful experience, everything as described: a flight, a photo with a camel and a falcon, and a dune walk. We took the Deluxe package. We left at 4:30 a.m. and returned to the hotel around 9:00 a.m. Thanks for a wonderful experience.★

You can fly 120 meters for 10 minutes, plus the balloon control is a Tanzanian young man, Chinese is very good, will chat with you, help you ease tension, this is safer, there is an iron lock has been pulling the hot air balloon, so if you want to really experience the hot air balloon or choose other Yes, if you are timid, you can choose this, the scenery is also very good★

Lovely experience, all staff very friendly, especially the charismatic pilot. Ticket delivery took a CS agent to chase it, but once done all was good, even was able to go a day earlier. Description correct but needs more clarification that with strong sinds, the 300 metre hight cannot be achieved, we went up to 140 metres, this is not uncommon.
