Like them all, the pass by spots with detailed information, outside the ski jump to feel the height and the construction structure, the Sculptures Park with theme circle of life where all pieces by one single artist, the Fram museum about the explorers, and the Norsk Folkemuseum ways of living at old times.

A fun way to spend a few hours! Clear audioguide of the sights and anecdotes about Norwegian culture, plenty of blankets provided, good onboard bar including hot drinks, and an optional drop off at Bygdøy if you want to disembark early to look round the museums. It was super foggy away from the mainland so we couldn't see much of the islands at times, but it gave a cool spooky feel and we still really enjoyed the experience!

Excellent museum, which provides so much history about polar expeditions. From the very first expeditions right through the years of all the 1900s, from so many different explorers. The depth of history in the museum tells the story of all the failed and successful expeditions, what they were doing, why they did it, and how clever they were for their time, and all about the equipment that they used, all the testing that was carried out over years and the tough times endured and all the harsh winters. There is even a piece on the dogs themselves, which were vital. You can also walk on board the ship, which is excellent, as normally you are not allowed to walk on displays. There is two parts to the museum, with the Fram ship being central. I would recommend giving about three to four hours in this museum minimum. There's so much to read and it's very informative. We both enjoyed it very much. There's also a small cafe where you can get tea, coffee, muffin, sandwich, just things small, some chocolate. But I would be careful as it looked like it did close earlier than the museum closed, so you might get caught out. There is a bus stop right outside the museum so it is well connected. Definitely worth a visit when in Oslo.We were very impressed.

I had the absolute pleasure of joining this trip with the amazing duo, John and Shane. Words truly cannot describe how much fun I had with them as our guides. They brought so much energy, warmth, and enthusiasm that made the whole experience unforgettable. Their endless fascinating facts about the islands and Norway were amazing, and I came away having learned so much more than I ever expected. I joined in March, so not great. There was still a beautiful glimpse of sunshine, and the views were simply breathtaking. A particular highlight was the cozy little break with cookies and hot chocolate (tea for me!), which felt like the perfect way to pause and soak it all in. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough. Whether you're travelling solo or with company, it is worth every single minute. John and Shane make you feel welcome from the very first moment, and by the end, it feels like you've made new friends. Don't hesitate, just book it!
