The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).★

Fuss free, great driver-guide, and wonderful experience. Half a day was probably too ambitious and too rushed. for those who can afford the time, consider catering a full day or two for this trip. The wild life park alone could have taken half a day. Thanks !★

A very good experience with Mick; he was very knowledgeable and passionate. His well-planned itinerary and time management made this Blue Mountains tour memorable. It was also nice to receive a confirmation message and contact information from Chapo before the tour, which gave us peace of mind—something not many other tours do. Sometimes finding the driver at the first meeting point can be quite frustrating, so the excellent planning from start to finish made this tour particularly memorable. Highly recommended.
