The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).

The overall itinerary was well-planned, adding several scenic spots to the previous Blue Mountains tour. These included Lincoln Rock, Boar Rock, the Three Sisters viewpoint, and the town of Lula, all offering pristine natural landscapes. The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz mid-size van, seating 14 people. The van was relatively new, and the driver/guide, Mark, provided excellent explanations and offered friendly service.

Me and my wife had a great day on this tour. Tour had been meticulously planned. Our guide Ben was very knowledgeable and told us all about surroundings in a very pleasant and entertaining way. He is a great human being as he took personal interest with every guest and even saw us off on ferry, making sure everyone gets on the right ferry. His gestures of gifting us a mini koala and a Center fresh means a great lot about him. We highly recommend this tour and thank Ben for his generous hospitality.

Had the most amazing day at the blue mountains, our tour guide Ronnie was so entertaining and informative. You could tell he really loved his job and cared about making sure we did everything we wanted to. We had such a great day out. Loved seeing the animals and feeding kangaroos at the wildlife park.


