This was the most comfortable stay I've had during my trip to Vietnam. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and since we were the only Koreans there, they used a translator to help us with everything. I booked a double room, but since we were traveling with a family, they gave us a room connected by a hallway. Each room has a terrace, so it was great for reading while taking in the scenery. The best part about the accommodation was the comfortable sleep. The drinks were delicious, especially the mango smoothie.★

Lots of vegan and vegetarian options (even if we forgot to inform them we didn’t have any problem), as well as tasty seafood. Very nice staff, especially energetic and helpful guide, clear instructions, good care, and humor throughout the day. Tour followed the schedule and we did all the activities as programmed beforehand.★

The tour guide was excellent—handsome, funny, humorous, thoughtful, and energetic. The boat trip was also excellent, and the top-floor photos were stunning. The itinerary was well-planned, and the buffet included seafood (oysters, shrimp, clams, etc.), fruit, and more. Victor was also very helpful in pre-communication. Highly recommended.★

Iris is resting. We were upgraded to the Dolphin, a fantastic boat. The newest and most luxurious boat in the entire marina. It has three floors, a restaurant on the first floor, a pool and stage on the second floor, and a hot tub on the third floor. There's also a sunset party with a band. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned. The service was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Halong Bay.
