Fantastic day trip to the hanging monestary and Yungang grotto. Nancy’s communication before the trip was great and really helpful. Our driver Lee collected us from the lobby of our hotel. Took us to make sure we got our tickets and got the shuttle bus. He waited in the car while we visited the sites then took us back to our hotel. The sites we visited were absolutely amazing. We had a fabulous day.★

This is legitimate service and worth the price. Both attractions were stunning and our guide, Star, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We took an early high speed train from Beijingbei to Datongnan and were picked up at the station. For people in Beijing doing a Datong day trip without hotel stay, it would be difficult to hit the 2 premier attractions in the same day without any arranged transport. Maybe you can Didi to Hanging Temple after Grottoes but that's really pushing it and probably won't work some of the time due to the long queue at the Temple. Booking individual tickets + shuttles is also a hassle for foreigners so it's nice to have that taken care of too. Keep in mind that this is indeed a full day as it's not very practical itinerary. Unless you start at 9 or earlier, you may not really have time to stop for meals. Eat a good breakfast and bring snacks. There will be opportunities to get quick food at the attractions but beyond that, time can't really be spared.★

Cathy and the driver, Su, picked us up from and dropped us off at our hotel, seamless organized tour! Cathy gave us a comprehensive tour of DaTong! She was very informative and knew a lot about its history. We went to the hanging palace and YunGang Grottoes . She also bought us traditional DaTong noodles for dinner. She had the happiest attitude and helped us take pictures throughout the tour. I really enjoyed this tour and recommend to anyone who has time.❤️❤️❤️
