Glad we got this express pass because even with the pass, we queued for 40 mins. The normal queue was really really long since we arrived in the afternoon together with a few other flights of passengers. Although the process to get to the express queue was a little hectic, there was a “guide” and you have to identify your name right as you enter the immigration area.
