Everything went perfectly. Our guide, Kelvin, was wonderful. He explained everything perfectly. If we didn't understand right away, as the group was English-speaking and we were non-English speakers, he quickly sorted everything out for us and helped us. The trip was fascinating. I went to Sam Spa, located very close to the beach, and booked an oil treatment massage based on online reviews. The women at the spa were all very kind, and after filling out a questionnaire, I was led to a private room. They asked about my preferred pressure level, making it easy to express my preferences, and it seems you can even change therapists if you don't like the one you get. I stuck with the one I was assigned. The oil was used sparingly, but the massage was smooth and left my whole body feeling relaxed. After the treatment, I was served tea and dessert, and I enjoyed the lingering relaxation and the feeling of the massage along with the other customers before leaving the spa. It's a funny story, but I forgot something at the spa and had to walk quite a distance back to my hotel. Just before arriving, I remembered what I'd forgotten and had to go back to get it, putting my newly relaxed body back to its old habits.★

Upon arrival, head towards immigration, staff are stationed in a row there. LOOK FOR THE LOGO THATS BEEN WHATSAPPED TO YOU. In this case the logo is the girl in a red dress and the traditional straw hat. Bought the standard pass and immigration barely took 3 mins. No photos to include as immigration areas tend to take u in for questioning if you photograph these areas.★

A great afternoon and evening experience in Hoi An. Our driver picked us up at 3:30pm, and we arrived at the coconut forest village about 30 minutes later. The boat ride through the coconut forest was a relaxing way to start the tour.
We then continued to Hoi An Old Town, where our guide, An, gave us a comprehensive and interesting tour of the town, its culture and history. An was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything clearly, giving us a much better understanding of Hoi An.
We also had time to enjoy a local dinner recommended by An and try some local coffee. The tour ended around 8:30pm, and we arrived back at our hotel shortly after 9pm.
Overall, a well-organised and enjoyable tour. I would definitely recommend this experience, especially if you want to explore Hoi An with a knowledgeable local guide.
