This trip was worth it. The driver Mr Ma is so patient and guide us to all the places. He also recommend good and affordable restaurant. Everything is so perfect that we booked him again for another day.

Erhai Lake is absolutely stunning! However, weather is crucial; a cloudy day would significantly diminish its beauty. We were lucky to avoid rain. The driver was contacted in advance and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the sights along the way, answered all our questions, and explained the local customs and culture of Dali. He was patient, enthusiastic, and humorous throughout the trip. I especially want to commend the driver's sense of responsibility. When we got out of the car, I carelessly left something behind, and I needed to go to the airport the next day for my return trip. After contacting him, he immediately arranged for a courier service. I'm incredibly grateful! Thumbs up!

After comparing several Cangshan-Erhai day tours, I finally chose this one and it was a great choice! I was torn between Ximatan and Gantong, but I'm so glad I chose Gantong – it was much better value for money. The cable car route is lined with lush vegetation, perfect for girls like us who don't want strenuous hiking. Be sure to go to the top deck on the Erhai Lake cruise ship; the view is breathtaking, watching the villages and islands slowly recede into the distance – it's incredibly soothing. The itinerary was well-connected, avoiding the hassle of transfers. The tour guide was very friendly and even discreetly pointed out the best photo spots. It was a pure sightseeing tour with no hidden costs. If you want to experience both Cangshan and Erhai in one day but don't want to plan your own itinerary, this is a great option.

One of the best decisions we made in Dali! I booked this tour just 2 days before our Dali trip. The tour manager who I communicated with on http://Trip.com was very nice and professional. They explained that my first hotel booking could not be accommodated because it was too far from their pick-up point, so they politely declined the initial booking — which I completely appreciated for their honesty. I then changed our hotel to Dali Old Town and rebooked. After that, everything became very easy and seamless. After the tour, they dropped us off at the Old Town entrance, just a 50-meter walk from our hotel. I highly recommend booking with them. This is one of the most affordable tours but really worth every penny. Excellent value for money! Rating: 10/10 - Highly Recommended!
