It was my first time using this service. There is a long line at immigration in Vietnam, so I thought I'd give it a try and made a reservation. A staff member was waiting for me in front of immigration. There were a lot of people holding papers with different names on them, so I had to keep a close eye on them, but they were there. After meeting up with the staff member, they checked my boarding pass and guided me straight through immigration! When I arrived, there was only one person going through immigration, so I was able to enter the country with almost no waiting. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it!!★

I was truly satisfied with the VIP fast-track service I used at Tan Son Nhat Airport! I was with a friend, and as soon as I arrived, a dedicated receptionist greeted me. We skipped the long lines and were guided straight to the designated counter. Thanks to this, I was able to quickly navigate through the complex immigration process and get to baggage claim. It was wonderful to start my trip off without any waits.
