We booked this with a friend, but the bed was too narrow for two people; we couldn't even turn over. There were phone chargers and water available. The bus stopped every two hours for bathroom breaks. The driver was good; I slept the whole way. Upon arrival in Da Lat, there was a minivan to take us to the next stop. In Da Lat, we had coffee, instant noodles, and snacks.★

The address provided for the ride was correct; it seemed like all I needed to do was arrive at the counter 30-60 minutes in advance to check in and secure my seat. I arrived 90 minutes early this time, which was a bit of a waste of time. The bus departed on time, and they provided plastic bags for my shoes. We stopped once along the way for a restroom break. The bus departed at 10:30 PM and arrived at the Da Lat tour bus stop at 5:00 AM. Since I had provided my hotel name beforehand, I only had to wait 10 minutes before being taken to my hotel in an 11-seater minibus. Overall, I was satisfied with the trip.★

It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.
