The hotel bookings on Ctrip were quite reasonable and conveniently located. The local travel agency was also very responsible and answered all my questions. There were no shopping arrangements made by the travel agency throughout the trip; it was all free time.

The place is located on a busy road, so keep that in mind if you're planning to get a massage there. The staff is incredibly friendly and everything is very well-maintained. We had a foot massage and a body massage, both of which were excellent.

This was my first time booking and participating in a tour while traveling alone. I especially recommend this to those who enjoy activities. The guide had a really great personality and took meticulous care of all the participants, which allowed us to complete the tour safely and enjoyably. I highly recommend experiencing this at least once in Da Lat!

We booked this with a friend, but the bed was too narrow for two people; we couldn't even turn over. There were phone chargers and water available. The bus stopped every two hours for bathroom breaks. The driver was good; I slept the whole way. Upon arrival in Da Lat, there was a minivan to take us to the next stop. In Da Lat, we had coffee, instant noodles, and snacks.
