lovely customer service all the way! beautiful scenery on the journey. character filled atmosphere of train High Tea could be improved. Fresh cut finger sandwiches Petite Quiche savouries, and sweets.

It was a really great tour; we saw an amazing sunset and even a koala by the river (apparently, that last happened three years ago, I'm not entirely sure). As compensation, I received free drinks because my tour in the morning was canceled and they couldn't reach me in time. I was then easily rebooked onto a later tour. I'm not sure of the tour guide's name (it started with the letter S), but he made it very entertaining, and Ronda was very nice too.

It was a perfect mix. Very interesting, nice nature, a bit of a workout. We saw many stingrays and now we are trained to spot them from the distance ;) I can recommend this activity.
