Everything with the tour was good, and the sites you see are beautiful! Phong was a good guide; he explained information about Ha Long Bay and Hanoi, and was always clear about logistics (like where we were going and how long it would take to get there). The lunch and snacks provided were delicious. Some of the logistics were unclear from the *** listing and could have been communicated a little better ahead of time, but the organizers respond very quickly on Whatsapp to all of the questions I had so this wasn’t a problem. ★

I had an wonderful walking tour of Hanoi led by guide Jennifer. We visited streets, temples, pagodas, churches, old bridges and monuments. We also walked through food allies and markets. We stopped for drinks and a spot of shopping. Jennifer explained in detail the history and significance of each place. She also enriched her guiding with her insight and anecdotes about modern Vietnamese family life. She is a very kind person and speaks fluent English. Many thanks for a lovely day.★

Had an awesome time on the free walking tour with Lucy and Thao from Hanoi Old Quarter Walking Tour with students — they were super friendly, energetic, and really knowledgeable, with great English that made everything easy to follow. The tour covered Hoan Kiem (Sword) Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, the Temple of Literature, and Train Street. Highly recommend!★

I enjoyed the tour, especially the guide Jenna. She explained everything in great detail. We had snacks along the way, and we tried Vietnamese cuisine. We also had a full dinner at a cafe. I think this tour is sufficient for a short stay in Hanoi. I recommend it. Dress warmly in winter; it gets chilly in the evenings.★
