At first, I didn't know I needed to contact the vendor to arrange for pick up and drop off. But they managed to arrange it for me the night before. Even though I did not receive the message for the pick up time (as it was sent to my junk mail), they waited for me and really lived up to their awesome reputation of excellent service. Their service was top tier. The bus was clean but there were some flying insects (I supposed was due to the humid weather). Booked with them again for the trip back to Hanoi. Looking forward to it.★

Thank you for the wonderful experience. You supported me in every way, from the pick-up location to the bus, and from the bus to Sapa and back, confirming the time in advance and informing me of the pick-up location, so I was able to enjoy my stay in Sapa without any worries, even though I was traveling alone. The bus was also very clean and comfortable, with a mineral warmer and charging outlets. I believe it was only because of this tour that I was able to have such a great experience.★

I tried both the VIP and regular bus options. In comparison: the VIP has more space. The regular bus has three rows and space for smaller locals. Even with my 165/57 measurements, it felt a bit cramped. The VIP would have fit two of me. The interior lighting was also beautiful. That's about it. The rest was identical.★
