It was great experience visiting both park's, but visiting Dam park was bit confusion with directions in the park, i didn't like food and waiting in the queue for over hour wasn't good.We enjoy Loro park, was great .★

One improvement would be the directions to the attractions. They're not well signposted. It's quite dizzying wandering around trying to find some. In my case, I went all-inclusive. But it turns out it's not all-inclusive. Candy, chocolate bars, and packets of chips aren't included. And they can only be purchased at the restaurants. No food could be purchased at the Floating Market. We also didn't have priority access to two attractions, Lazy River and Kamikaze, for safety reasons. And finally, we were allowed towels for the day at Siam Park. But apparently they didn't give them to you or offer them; you had to request them yourself. Otherwise, all the attractions were very good and fun. I recommend that if you're going to go, get the all-inclusive pass. You can ride everything you want as many times as you have time. And you'll eat your fill at the restaurants. The staff was great, except for the towels.★

Lovely day tour with pick up from a hotel in Los Gigantes. The lunch left a little to be desired (at own cost of €17) but did have a veggie menu. The bus driver was excellent (per the other reviews!) and the last section of the day was incredible with all the views. The stops are relatively short, so you can't go too far from the pick up point.
Christoph was incredibly good humoured and open to questions (he speaks 5 languages!). The downside is that the route is very wiggly, so potentially travel sickness for those that suffer and at times the instructions for where to go (especially after lunch) aren't completely clear, so ask lots of questions!
All in all, a decent tour for the price, but you will want to do more exploring if you're only planning on one tour during your stay.★

Tuk tour. Mar, our Tour Guide, was very welcoming and friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about the local area, pointing out things of interest, plus the best restaurants and beaches. Highly recommended.
