Xavier and Bia were extremely knowledgeable, and explain very well, the procedure to make spumante, brandy and sangria. While going to the cellar we had the opportunity to see a wonderful exhibition from different parts of the world, which I appreciated very much. And after we went to another place where we got to taste four different types of wines. It was a lovely afternoon and worth going, I got more than what I expected.★

Anna was a great tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the area. She went at a great pace for the group. Parking was a bit confusing, if there are no spots in the lot they suggest, then head up the hill and park on the side of the road.★

We thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend the half-day trip from Coimbra to the beautiful coastal city of Aveira. Gliding through the network of canals of the city on a traditional Moliceiro boat was relaxing and delightful. Our personable and knowledgeable guide, Xavier, took us to the vibrant main square of the old town of Aveira and the beautiful Barra and Costa Nova beaches. The colourful striped houses in Costa Nova are unique and reminiscent of the brightly painted houses in St. John’s, Newfoundland in Canada. Ellen and Ryan, Canada★

Christopher, our guide was so kind and generous. We had a wonderful group of all different people and he accommodated all of our every little need. We all came from different places different situations different needs, and he took care of all of us. He explained everything thoroughly. Helped us to understand and showed us what we wanted to see. He’s a great tour guide and I would go with him anytime I’d love to do another tour. He seemed to go above and beyond and the other guy I’ve had.★
