This was our second time booking through Palo Verde Boat tours. I can not say enough good things about this tour and the family who runs it. They feel like family at this point. We were back in Costa Rica this time around to get married and they made us feel so special by having a little set up for when we returned from the boat tour. The drive to the location was beautiful and I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the roads were!
We brought my in laws and my sister for the early birding tour and we saw so much including monkeys, crocs, jabirus, a scarlet macaw and so much more!
When we returned from the tour we had some dragonfruit ice cream and juice which was as always delicious!
I plan to come back to do this tour everytime I am in CR. Highly highly recommend!★

Absolutely wonderful experience! My fiancé and I were the only two on the tour and our tour guide was so knowledgeable and smart about the area, the wildlife and the ecology behind it all. He was determined to show us as many animals as possible and he proved it. We got to see iguanas, vultures, blue herrings, crabs, crocodiles, and monkeys! Such a beautiful experience.★

We had an incredible time riding horses along the beach in Tamarindo, Eric was the best guide and really made us laugh along the way. The stop off by the beach to enjoy a pina colada from a coconut was an extra nice touch.
We are 4 experienced riders and worried that it may just be walk-only for beginners but we were loping down the beach which was a great time. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone.
