The experience was superb and the place is very large. It's a shame the end didn't go well. We had to pay extra for a towel that was stolen. This obviously hadn't been mentioned at the entrance to the spa.

The day was amazing, the place was beautiful, Matthew our guide was brilliant from start to finish, gave us recommendations for restaurants (even though I didn’t see till after 🙈) was friendly and informative, Zakopane was beautiful, he took us into Slovenia (just). thermal baths were lovely, really made the experience as it was snowing and -10 we had to Jump into 3 pools to warm up to get to the adults pool bar 🤣 but you can access the tier one straight from inside. Lovely guide really made the tour would definitely recommend


